У нас проходила в этом заведении конференция. Несколько дней кошмара! Номера все разваленные, в ресторане на третий день видели тараканов, скорость обслуживания запаздывающая. Самое страшное - они до сих пор не вернули денег с депозита оставшихся! Этот отель ворует деньги, начальство прячется, включая бухгалтерию! Сумма-то смешная по сравнению со стоимостью мероприятия, а идёт уже пятый месяц. На акты приема работ им плевать - отчетность, судя по всему, совсем подпольная у них. Держитесь подальше от этих дельцов - ЗАО "Лагуна" и ЗАО "Бригантина"!

Хорошее место для отдыха, недорогое но вполне достойное. Были с семьей, останавливались на две неделе в вилле «Хеннесси». Она довольно просторная и уютная, все поместились без проблем. Кормили вкусно, были парочка интересных мастер-классов по приготовлению разных блюд. Еще понравилась дегустация японского мороженного, я лично впервые в жизни попробовала, необычная штука. В целом отель понравился, минус бы поставила только за отсутствие бассейна поблизости от виллы, он был у них только в СПА.
