Хамское отношение, мастер приёмщик вообще хамит на каждом шагу, навязывают услуги

Много лет приходится пользоваться услугами данного сервиса. Были приятные моменты, были не очень. При последнем посещении копилка неприятных впечатлений от данного сервиса пополнилась. На старом Фокус 2 вышел из строя генератор. Т.к. был недалеко от сервиса, на буксире добрался до ТТС. Попросил снять генератор, чтобы отвезти в ремонт. Но в ответ услышал - мы работаем по записи, пока Вашим автомобилем заниматься не можем. На что я ответил - снять генератор дело не более 10 минут (сам был свидетелем, как сотрудник данного сервиса вслепую, в темноте снял его за столь короткое время). В ответ - не менее получаса, да и некогда нам, у нас перекидка колес. Да Вы ещё и пожаловались после последнего посещения... (недовольство в голосе). В итоге, вызвал эвакуатор и поехал в другой сервис, где сразу сняли генератор для того, чтобы смог увезти в ремонт.
