Аккредитив по предварительной записи открывали 3,5 часа, совершенно некомпетентные сотрудники. Почти опоздала на сделку. Но это не все . Чтобы раскрыть аккредитив оригинала выписки из Росреестра было недостаточно, требовали заверенную нотариусом копию электронной сделки (из Сбербанка), но нотариус не заверяет банковские документы. Круг замкнулся. То есть предвидеть эту ситуацию Ведущий экономист Смирнова Ирина Юрьевна не смогла, а вправляющая Галямова Диляра Рустамовна отказалась. Зато вежливо попросили 2500₽ ща измерения, правда опять же в процессе обсуждения оказалось, что необходимо присутствие физическое 2 стороны. Итог- нарушены сроки сделки с ипотечным банком и застройщиком. Всем «рекомендую», если хотите не получить свои деньги после сделки и опоздать на следующую.

В связи с тем, что выписка из ЕГРН, предоставленная Вами, не соответствует условиям раскрытия аккредитива, аккредитив раскрыт не был. Сотрудниками Банка было предложено Вам предоставить соответствующую выписку из ЕГРН или внести изменения в условия раскрытия аккредитива совместно с аккредитиводателем, с оплатой комиссии за внесение изменений в условия раскрытия аккредитива в соответствии с тарифами банка. Просим Вас с пониманием отнестись к процедурам, которые Банк проводит в целях выполнения действующего законодательства и обеспечения безопасности совершаемых Вами операций. Благодарим за отзыв!
