Прочитав отзывы я думала пойти туда или нет, все таки решилась и не пропадала, все отлично, сотрудники вежливые и так быстро все сделали, очень приятно))

Приехала в банк из области. Простояла в очереди около 40 мин. Потратила время и т. д. Зашла в кассу получить перевод. Кассир мне отказал в услуге, отсутствуют деньги. Полный бред. Предложили выдать мелкими кюпурами. Прошу обратить внимание на подобные случаи. И решать проблему по мере поступления. А не отфутболивать клиентов. Я думаю можно было найти выход из положения.

Неплохой банк обслуживание счетов оперативное, депозиты по нормальным процентам более высокими чем у сбербанка.
