Визуально - хороший банк, приветливые и грамотные работники банка. Лоск и чистота. Для населения не самые лучшие условия кредитования, открытие счёта для ИП можно подобрать получше варианты, чем в Фора-Банке. Прекрасные, роскошные инсталляции к разным праздникам делают.

Более ужасного обслуживания как в этом офисе Фора банк на Воронина я ещё не втречала. Я пришла взять простую выписку и закрыть счёт в итоге я провела там два часа. На стойке обслуживания клиентов молодая девушка незнает совершенно ничего. Каждую операцию переспрашивает у своей коллеги. Даже обычную распечатку на принтере не смогла правильно сделать с первого раза. Операционист в кассе вводит клиентов в заблуждение своими неправильным заявлениями. На вопросы не отвечает но отсылает назад к своей молодой коллеге которая ничего объяснить не может. В итоге выписку я так и не получила. Очень не рекомендую посещать этот офис Фора банка.
