Куда делся этот футбольный клуб. Телефон не отвечает. Нигде нет никакой информации. Приобрели у них занятия, оплатили годовой абонемент, а теперь их нигде нет. Нашла этот клуб. Он изменил название (Kings football), а все остальное тоже самое. Кто занимался, переоформили на новый клуб, а нас, хотя мы все оплатили, но могли начать ходить попозже (как сказали до 7ми летнего возраста, можно начать), даже не известили. Деньги не возвращают, заниматься не берут, мотивируя, что это совершенно другой клуб. Будьте бдительны, заключая годовой договор.

Ну как и многих заманили нас туда встретив в торговом центре, сказали первое занятие бесплатное посмотрите понравится дальше расскажут на месте, Записались на Волжскую, приехали. В принципе все понравилось и отношение к детишкам и раздевалка, поле единственное маловато, но для нашего 3-ех годовалого больше и не надо. Предложили купить еще два пробника за 1500 тысячи, взяли. Приехали первое занятие провели, второе занятие припаздывали позвонили,попросили перенести, на что нам ответили если мы со бираемся брать годовой абонемент, то нам перенесут занятие пробное, если не будем то занятие пробное аннулируется. Честно скажу хотели взять годовой абонемент, но так-как нам отказали перенести даже обычное пробное занятие, мы передумали заключать с данной компанией договор, чтобы в дальнейшем у нас не было таких неприятных ситуаций. Тем более клубов с таким же ценником и отношением к клиенту более адекватным, по Москве предостаточно. П.С. наше время на второе пробное занятие было назначено на 15:00, но менеджер Анна сама уговорила нас записаться на 17:00, мол будут спортивные мероприятия интересные. Мы согласились, по итогу из-за этого нам просто аннулировали занятие, не захотев перенести его, если мы не возьмем годовой абонемент. – показать
