Каждую весну прохожу через очищение организма от накопленных за зиму токсинов - таким образом получается и пару лишних кило сбросить, и снизить проявления весенней аллергии. Обычно чистилась сорбентами и народными средствами, а в этом году решила очиститься с помощью массажа Чи-ней-цзан, к тому же он обещает еще и укрепить защитные силы организма и улучшить работу внутренних органов. Что могу сказать: массаж странный, поначалу даже щекотный, но потом привыкаешь. Заметила, что улучшилось пищеварение, настроение, появился тонус. Ощущения получше, чем после привычных процедур детоксикации, буду ходить еще.

У Фомальгаута непонятный сайт, поэтому тут расскажу. Мне в этом центре помогли восстановить иммунитет. Я этой зимой раз пять серьезно болела: грипп, ангина, отит, не говорю уже про бесконечные ОРВИ с насморком и кашлем, на витамины кучу денег отдала - все без толку. В феврале попала сюда, провела оздоровительный массаж, курс иглоукалывания, и... как ни странно я за март и остаток февраля ни разу не простыла и не заболела. Тьфу, тьфу.
