покупал в этом салоне автомобиль, накосячили с возвратом пред оплаты и менеджер по продажам дала не правильную информацию по комплектации, извинились, пообещали скидки на ТО, вот подошла очередь ТО, очередное разочарование... для начала нет возможности записаться на нужную мне дату, хорошо, большая загрузка. приехал в назначенное время и еще 15-20 мин сидел ждал когда освободится менеджер. машину забрали обещали перезвонить когда закончат работу через 2-2,5 часа в итоге пришлось звонить узнавать самому, машина готова приезжайте, приехал еще 10 мин сидел в пустом салоне ждал когда кто-то выйдет и отдаст мне машину.... это не солидно!!! за обычную замену масла приходится платить не маленькие деньги так еще и терпеть столько неудобств... это был мой последний визит в этот салон...

С отцом брали в нем Polo, в целом довольны, но как и с любым официалом держи ухо востро.
