2 балла хамоватой девушке на стойке, видимо ей надо заплатить,чтобы подобрать вам подходящий рейс,в итоге удалился с пустыми руками,а нужно было приобрести 10 билетов

Благодарим за замечание. Уровень взаимодествия с Клиентами для нас очень важен. Хамство и дерзость недопустимы. С сотрудником была проведена беседа, после чего он был уволен. Приносим свои извинения. Будем рады продолжить сотрудничество с вами.

Очень плохое обслуживание!!!! Как не придёшь хочешь расчитаться наличкой, а они не могут это сделать по техническим причинам.

Надежда, приносим свои извинения за доставленые неудобства. Дествительно был период технической настройки систем бронирования билетов, и часто оплату можно было провести только по карте. Сейчас можно оплатить и за наличный расчет, и по карте.
