Магазин богат выбором и свежими цветами, часто покупаю там цветы, очень была довольна магазинам и флористы доброжелательные все как полагается, на днях зашла в магазин простите конечно но таких хамов и недовольных флористов и продавцов я еще не встречала и к тому же купила розы в слюде дома открыла, а там голые стебли и напиханы листья, ужаснее некуда

По выбору цветов и цен на них магазин хороший. Но флористы работают просто ужасные!!! За составление букета берут 20% от стоимости цветов, а собирать красивых букетов не умеют не одна. С клиентами разговаривают просто по хамски. Последний раз я заходила туда 18 декабря 2014 г. выбрала цветы, попросила собрать букет. Три флориста ничего как только упаковать их в слюду не предложили. Испортили своим хамским отношением все настроение. Очень жалко что в таком магазине работают такие не профессиональн ые и не воспитанные женщины. – показать
