Хочу оставить отзыв по моему заказу в Сингапуре 20 ноября. Букет заказала дорогой за 26 000 руб 51 штука лизиантусов. Когда делаешь заказ на 26 тысяч, ты уже заблаговременно ожидаешь шикарный букет. И каково же было изумление, что нам доставили! Кроме того, что в в день рождения букет не привезли (именинница была дома до 18:00), потом ушла. Всем ясно, что поздравления лучше принимать хотя бы в первой половине дня, ну, не как не после 18:00. Хорошо, вчерашний букет доставили на след. день со вчерашними цветами, но это еще ладно. Прилагаю фото букета за 26 000 рублей. Сразу же стало понятно, что там ну никак не может быть 51 количество цветов. Попросила именинницу пересчитать и оказалось, что вместо 51 штуки, заявленных в заказе цветов, в букете 31 штука. Это был обман и мошенничество! Мне принесли извинения и в качестве комплимента предложили коробку конфет и 19 недостающих цветков! Второе фото букета тоже прилагаю! Кроме всей неприятной ситуации флорист из Сингапура звонил раз 20 имениннице и просил ее на видеосвязи вынуть букет из вазы и пересчитать. Я изложила факты в отзыве, Вам решать заказывать цветы в этой компании или нет. Немного смягчило ситуацию, что менеджер из московского офиса обещал найти благонадежного партнера в Сингапуре и с этим больше не работать и предложил доставить бесплатный букет по Москве.
