Отвратительный сервис! Очень неприятный опыт. Высокая цена - не показатель качества. Заказал цветы для мамы. Прислали совершенно не то, что было указано на сайте. Ирисы заменили на дешевые сухие филлеры, а желтые тюльпаны превратились в несколько розовых. После обращения за помощью и разъяснениями, консультант пообещал разобраться и перезвонить или написать. Ответа так и не последовало. На дальнейшие запросы полный игнор. Номер заказа 332408. Классический русский развод.

Мы благодарим Павла за отзыв. По данной жалобе и заказу мы связались своевременно с Павлом, никакого игнорирования и развода с нашей стороны не было. С качеством нас подвел флорист, хотя ранее проблем с ним не было. Чтобы загладить вину, мы оставили на балансе заказчика сумму, которой он сможет восспользоваться при оформлении следующего заказа. Впредь, Павлу назначен личный менеджер и мы сделаем все возможное, чтобы подобной ситуации не произошло. С уважением, Флора Экспресс
