Классно, это замечательное ателье! Мне перешили шубку из норки, прекрасная получилась модель, особенно если учесть мою «капризность»)))) Как по мне, так мне по жизни вообще ничего не нравится из жизни и вообще… Ну здесь мастера превзошли самих себя!!! Особенно спасибо Марь Васильне!! Классный мастер работает в этом ателье!!

Отдавал джинсы на штриховку в ателье Элбис-М в апреле 2017г,(г.Москва, метро Щукинская, ул. Маршала Новикова д.11) Раньше,лет 5-ть назад делали хорошо, потом раз через раз, на данный момент скатились, делают ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО,ХУЖЕ НЕКУДА!!! При сдаче в ремонт просил подобрать нитки в тон джинс и и сделать аккуратно, зная, что могут заштриховать любыми нитками. На мою обоснованную просьбу началось преператильство в хамской форме со стороны сотрудников ателье,2-е женщины и мужчина,стали мне д оказывать, что это невозможно т.к. у джинсовой ткани 1000 оттенков, но потом заверили, что подберут в тон ткани и даже рассказали сказку как посылают свою сотрудницу за нужными нитками. Обявили цену в 2- раза дороже не 670 р(сколько и стоит эта работа), а 1100 р,на моё естественное удивление мужчина (видимо директор Хрусталёв) заявил, что типа работа сложная.Моему удивлению не было предела когда получал джинсы. Сделали как будто специально на спех и плохо!!!С сзади на штриховке белёсое пятно, никто даже и не пытался подбирать нитки в тон,ЗАДНИЙ и ПЕРЕДНИЙ ШВЫ НАЛОЖЕННЫ С СИЛЬНЫМ СМЕЩЕНИЕМ,НИТКИ НА ШВАХ КРИВЫЕ И НЕ В ТОН.РАЗГОВАРИВАТЬ С ИХ СОТРУДНИКАМИ БЕСПОЛЕЗНО, ПЕРЕХОДЯТ НА ЛИЧНОСТИ И НАЧИНАЮТ СКАНДАЛИТЬ,НЕРВЫ ДОРОЖЕ, ВОБЩЕМ ЗА 1100 РУБ МНЕ ИЗУРОДАВАЛИ ДЖИНСЫ.ТУДА Я БОЛЬШЕ НИ НОГОЙ И НИКОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!!! – показать

Отличное ателье. Работают профессионалы. Расшили шубу из норки. Супер! Также шили кожаное платье, свадебное. Хожу только к ним!
