Персонал грубит! Взяли один вид пряжи и потом попросили ещё один. Продавец начала ругаться, что дважды на склад ей ходить не нравится!

Добрый день, спасибо, что написали отзыв, нам очень важно услышать, что кто-то нарушает правила, потому что главное кредо нашего магазина вежливость и терпение продавцов, не смотря на собственное настроение. Огромная просьба связать с нами по тел. 8-916-829-08-06, чтобы провести профилактическую беседу с нарушителем и предотвратить грубое отношение в дальнейшем. В этот магазин прихожу не первый год.продавцы доброжелательные, всегда подскажут или посоветуют .если чего-то нет, могут заказать и оповестить вас когда пришел заказ. советую магазин. Ваш покупатель бисера в огромных количествах)))
