В зале практически всегда собираются очереди. Сотрудники банка не обучены. Мне приходилось решать один и тот же вопрос по несколько раз в течение недели с разными сотрудниками одного и того же банка: один исправлял ошибки другого. Нонсенс. Если раньше у меня было желание стать клиентом открытия, то сейчас даже думать об этом не хочу.

1. Неудобный график работы с 10 до 18, нельзя заехать до начала работы или после работы, не отпрашиваясь с работы. По выходным не работает, непонятно, на кого рассчитано отделение... 2. Приём ведётся только 3 окнами, чего явно недостаточно, все настолько медленно: то ли работники не имеют достаточной квалификации, то ли программное обеспечение постоянно глючит, то ли какие-то внутренние инструкции с оформлением +100500 бумаг после приёма клиента... 3. Заехал с утра получить карту, прождав 40 минут в очереди, бросил эту затею...
