Каждый раз, когда я захожу в это отделение меня переполняет чувство благодарности. Безусловно очередь и ожидание в каждом учреждении может напрягать. НО доброе отношение к клиентам- от этого я получаю удовольствие)) Уважительное и теплое общение сотрудников друг к другу, будто они одна семья. С такими работниками банка приятно общаться и задать вопрос на который они всегда находят ответ и он звучит не формально, а душевно и по-человечески. Сегодня я сидела и думала чья заслуга такого подбора команды и создания такой теплой атмосферы в отделении?)) Спасибо отделению на Первомайской, 160 за ваш труд и просто, что вы дарите хорошее настроение клиентам!
