Пришел, прождал своего парикмахера 20 минут, при этом никто даже не попытался извиниться или объяснить, из-за чего задержка или сколько еще ждать. Ушел без стрижки и, разумеется, разочарованным. В чем поинт делать запись на определенное время, если это ничего в итоге не гарантирует? UPD 1: После всей этой грустой истории со мной связался основатель, извинился и пригласил все-таки попробовать еще разок. Я попробовал, и в этот раз все было очень хорошо — и пунктуальнось, и мастер, и общая атмосфера. Так что меняю одну звезду на пять :) UPD 2: Спустя время, ситуация повторилась, но с новыми обстоятельствами — мой барбер заболел, а узнал я об этом, только когда уже пришел в салон. Администратор смогла только удивленно воскликнуть «ой, а вас не предупреждали?». Меняю оценку обратно на одну звезду. UPD 3: И, опять же, в следующий раз все было снова прекрасно. Такие прям американские горки :)

Не рекомендую, мастер куда-то спешил, от этого старался поскорее закончить стрижку. Каков итог? Работа выполнена некачественно и неаккуратно. Однозначно не приду больше.
