Плюсы: Топовое оборудование, просторное помещение с соответствующей вентиляцией, очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, электронная система записи тренировок. Свободные веса в достаточном количестве. Оперативно реагируют на жалобы и решают проблемы в индивидуальном порядке. Огромная раздевалка и душевая. Очень чисто. Иногда даже обнаруживаешь свою воду в мусорке, потому что убираются без перерыва, а ты отвернулся. Минусы: Иногда тормозная бухгалтерия (для корп. клиентов), счет могут отправить накануне блокировки ключей у всей фирмы. ТРЦ "Красный Кит" зависит от мытищинского водоканала, и вечером душевые работают плохо. Нет защиты от солнца на окнах перед кардиотренажерами, иногда очень тяжело заниматься.

Это дно, ребята. Администрация совсем не несет ответственности за косяки. Когда клиент сталкивается с какой-то проблемой, то в ответ сразу грубость. Попытались пожаловаться, что в женских раздевалках ходят мужчины-уборщики, нам нагрубили, что за такую зарплату вообще должны сказать спасибо, что убирают. Вот отзыв другой клиентки - https://work-info.org/reviews/969162 Ситуация вообще ужасная. Мало того, что не уважают нашу интимность, так еще и посторонние люди могут спокойно войти. Не понятно куда смотрит администрация.

Первое, на что обращаешь внимание при входе в тренировочную зону: просторный светлый зал. Тренажёры отличного качества, их много, они дублируются. Шикарная кардио-зона, много дорожек, эллипсов. Вентиляция работает. Да, в час-пик людей много, но нет ощущения толкучки. Из минусов, да, дежурного тренера не найти, персонал на рецепции не очень приветливый.
