Безграмотные, не желающие помочь, бестолковые сотрудники зала! Не знают свой ассортимент, не знают есть ли он в наличии, не знают новинок - ничего не знают, кроме как выглядит туалетная бумага наверное! Такое отсутствие элементарной компетенции - это просто дно( Искала товары из новой коллекции лофт - одна подошла с уверенностью сказала нет его, не приходило ничего из этого... Хорошо, иду далее смотрю и о, чудо, светильник из этой серии... Зову другую, говорю ей, что ещё есть, она тоже - ничего из этой серии, показываю на светильник, она а, ну да, только он пришёл и все.. Иду далее о, второе чудо кашпо! И так по чуть собрала сама практически всю коллекцию! Только потратила на это мин 30-40, а работай там грамотный, компетентный сотрудник то мин 5! И немаловажный факт - промойте рты своим сотрудникам белизной - матерятся при покупателя просто ахтунг! Не стесняясь ни в выражениях и ни кого - это категорически недопустимо на мой взгляд! Жутко неприятно, что в нашем городе даже не пытаются внедрить понятие сервис и всячески ему противятся! А таким сеткам типа фиксов, ленты и тп, вообще необходимо избавляться от таких сотрудников! Картинку Вам на память, распечатайте и ознакомьте сотрудников!

Самый клёвый магазин всякой мелочи. Невозможно из него выйти с пустой корзиной. Особенно нравится наличие детских настольных игр. Современные дети долго не играют в одно и то же, а здесь за смешную цену можно выбрать занятие на субботний вечер
