Большой магазин с широким выбором ассортимента. Маловато сотрудников, сложно проконсультироваться о наличии товара.

Сегодня принесла на возврат, купленную вчера, статуэтку. Администратор Жулькова Елизавета заявила, что данная категория возврату не подлежит!!!!! Вот, если бы она была бракованная, тогда "да". "Компетентность" Жульковой просто удивила, а поведение, вообще, повергло в шок! В итоге она вырвала у меня из рук товар и пошла на кассу делать возврат. При этом обматерила!!!! пожилую женщину -кассира, что та долго копается. Со злостью кинула мне чек на возврат, а когда я пыталась прочитать её бейдж, сначала прикрыла его рукой, а потом, реально, что называется "сунула его мне в лицо". Неадекватные действия администратора Жульковой Елизаветы вызывают опасения. Просьба руководству сети обратить внимание на поведение данного сотрудника!

Раньше ходила туда очень часто. Все было хорошо, и персонал был отличный. Сегодня с подругами заходили туда. Нам нагрубили и выгнали. Нам заявили, что мы заходим в магазин два раза и просто ходим по магазину. Хотя и в первый раз, и во второй мы купили товары. На нас начали кричать, и сказали, что мы должны уважать продавщицу, потому что она продавщица и потому что она старше. Когда я попросила вести конструктивный диолог, в ответ мне сказали, что в этот магазин нас больше не пустят. Отвратительное впечатление. И вправду, туда я больше не пойду. Только уже по своему желанию.
