Неделю "диагностировали" электросамокат, насчитали почти 20 тысяч с заменой мотора-колеса. От ремонта отказался, конечно. Дома при самостоятельном вскрытии выяснилось, что на диагностике самокат даже не разбирали, а причина поломки обнаружилась в отошедшем контакте.

Уважаемый Егор Валерьевич! Причиной замены мотор колеса является следующее: 1) Колесо вашего самоката не работало из-за некорректно работающего холл-датчика, который (ввиду своих конструктивных особенностей) при вибрации со временем выходит из строя. Вы его просто поправили и к сожалению проблема с работоспособностью появится снова. Читайте пункт №2! 2) Основной причиной по замене мотора было следующее: На мотор-колесе были обнаружены обгоревшие витки обмотки. Такое случается при не корректном использовании рекуперативного тормоза. Так же это стало причиной, по которой мы предложили Вам приобрести новое мотор-колесо. Если бы мы выполнили работу по восстановлению двигателя, то не смогли предоставить гарантию нашего СЦ (90 дней). Ваше мотор колесо нуждается в замене. Также напоминаем, что в 20 000 рублей помимо мотор-колеса входили работы по замене механизма складывания. Все запчасти ОРИГИНАЛЬНЫ и приобретаются у проверенных поставщиков с максимальной скидкой для клиентов нашего СЦ. Мы готовы доказать на компонентном уровне нашу компетентную диагностику!
