Являюсь частым посетителем магазина Фикс Прайс, г. Москва, Проспект Вернадского, д.41, стр.3 в торговом зале неширокие проходы и эти проходы постоянно заставлены коробками с не разложенным товаром, многие товары расположены на стеллажах очень неустойчиво, неоднократно наблюдала ситуацию, когда покупатели случайно задевали эти товары и продавцы магазина (непонятной национальности) В очень грубой форме (!) требовали от покупателей оплатить разбитый товар, что является нарушением Зако на о защите прав потребителей,(согласно ст. 211 Гражданского кодекса РФ) – показать
