Всем добрый день! Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями о походе в магазин Фикс прайс расположенным на ул. Южный Проспект д 28 в п. Удельная Раменского района. 31.03.2014 году примерно в 15-00 я со своей тетей зашла в указанный выше магазин. Стали выбирать колготки до нас на месте где находился товар уже была навалена куча, т.е товар не был развешен, Я обратила внимание на то что администратор данного магазина Беленький Александр долго стоял на против нас и пристально наблюдал за нами, что вызвало у меня некое раздражение. Администратор Беленький стоял молча и наблюдал за нами не говоря этом не чего. После когда мы выбрав нужный нам размер отошли он (администратор ) подошёл к нам и стал в приказном порядке предъявлять претензии, сказал что мы должны всё развесить по местам иначе он не будет нас обслуживать. Я сказала что это входить в обязанности продавцов убирать товары на места. Но администратор разговаривал грубо и меня это оскорбило я попросила дать мне жалобную книгу, на что все тот же администратор Беленький А. сказал что он не обязан давать мне жалобную книгу. Из этого следует сделать заключение о том что администратор вообще понятие не имеет что такое Закон о Правах Потребителей в котором четко указано что по первому требованию покупателя Администрация магазина просто ОБЯЗАНА предъявит жалобную книгу. И вообще администратор вел себя так что он здесь самый главный "царь" и "бог" и что ему вообще наплевать на Российские Законы. Естественно ушли мы из магазина с ужасным настроением, половину того что мы хотели купить, из-за хамского поведения Администратора Беленького А., мы не купили. И конечно очень обидно что из-за одного плохо обученного и не сдержанного человека, подрывается авторитет всей сети очень удобных и полезных магазинов как Фикс Прайс. С Уважением обиженный на обслуживание покупатель.
