Сегодня ходил в магазин чисто посмотреть бытовуху. Захотел купить мыло и решил понюхать, не брать же кота в мешке. Заметим, нигде не было надписи, что открывать упаковки нельзя. Я уж было начал открывать, как один из ваших работников (который даже не был в форме), крикнул что "открывать запрещено", причем в довольно грубой форме. После чего подошёл и удостоверился вскрыли ли мы упаковку. После подобного отпадает желание посещать ваш магазин.
