Работники зала и касиры со спущенными масками , обслуживают и продают товар людям без масок когда огромное количество посетителей , дистанция не соблюдается , в Роспотребнадзор сообщили .

Заехала вчера в данный магазин по пути. Ассортимент не плохой. Но вот обслуживание могло бы быть и лучше. У консультантов такой вид и разговоры , как будто тут цены, все по 5 руб. Все таки средней чек 500-1000 у меня в этой сети обычно ,не меньше. Кассиры очень долго работают, стоит огромная очередь..но при этом 2 кассира не зовут. Хотя в зале никого не было,1 только продавец раскладывал товар. Клиентоориентированность на 0.

Вы знаете, если бы были минусовые оценки, то я бы поставила даже -1!!!! Так как изначально был хороший магазин, но последнее время я лучше буду ходить в другой Фикс Прайс, но только не этот!!! А дело здесь в отношении персонала. Это что за отношение к покупателям? Один раз на кассе на мое замечание кассирша начала кричать, а на следующий день это вообще не в какие рамки не лезет: кассир рассчитывает покупателя, вторая продавец выставляет товар и во весь голос обсуждают, что люди, тобишь покупатели, свиньи и что статус в этом районе людей мягко говоря ниже, чем в центре.... Это я ещё раз повторю "сгладила", не передаю в каких выражениях и оборотах у продавцов это звучало!!! Да люди не культурно ведут себя в магазинах, да это все знают, но вот так вот в голос это обсуждать.... А вот сейчас предложение к детектору данного магазина: объясните пожалуйста продовцам, что без таких вот "свиней" у них не будет зарплаты!!!! Я вот например решила пусть я буду ходить на Николаева в Фикс Прайс, это дальше, но там отношение к покупателям гораздо лучше!!!!!
