Удобно и аккуратно расставлены товары, ничего не валяется, не первый магазин этой сети, который представилось посетить, так что есть с чем сравнивать. Обслужила очень приятная и позитивная кассир, даже настроение улучшилось

Сегодняшний день не задался в этом магазине, дети пришли все в слезах из за того что из консультант выгнал из магазина, сказав моим детям "у вас все нормально с головой ?" чем оскорбил их. Невежливо отнёсся к детям которые просто смеялись над игрушкой. У меня вопрос , все ли хорошо с головой у ваших работников?

Персонал оставляет желать лучшего!на кассе работает толстая,рыжая,кассир-очень грубая,некомпитентная!при ее смене на кассе постоянно она создает очередь!задает много ненужных вопросов,много ненужной информации,на прозьбу не задерживать покупателей,она хамит,вступает в конфликт,оговаривается.она на кассе находится без бейджа,об имени и должности остается догадываться.ее смена была вечером числа 16—17 янв.(
