Администрация, обратите, пожалуйста, большое внимание на вход в магазин... А конкретно, на лестницу и подьемную дорожку для детских колясок, в том числе и для инвалидной....То, что подъёмник крутой,это пол беды... Порвано, практически, всё резиновое покрытие...под которым скользкая плитка... Это всё травмоопасно...

Магазин ниже среднего. По всей видимости, обучение персонала отсутствует, набирают абы кого, лишь бы работали. Сегодня оформляла возврат, г-жа Азарова Рената Владимировна сначала сказала, что лучше придти завтра, т.к. уже 19 часов, а они до 21. Но возврат возможен до закрытия! Я зашла в 20 часов, ибо это рабочее время. Она изволила выразить свое недоумение по поводу возвращаемого товара и высказывать свое ценное мнение, как бы она поступила, но, к сожалению, оно мне было не интересно и я ее прервала. Она начала ныть, что устала, бедняжка, и общаться не xочет. Ну так к ней пришли не за этим! Отбила мне чек возврата и на уточняющий вопрос про зачисление денег ответила:"Там все написано!" Я не домой к ней пришла. Я купила бракованный товар, дополнительно потратила время, чтобы найти аналогичный в другом магазине и здесь сделать возврат. Ощущение, что здесь крепостные работают и делают огромное одолжение! На Бархатовой продавцы более вежливы и магазин аккуратнее, а сеть одна! Здесь плюс- больше ассортимент, но магазин неуютный. И персонал лучшего оставляет желать! Ренате Владимировне: торговля и работа с людьми- явно не ваше. Найдите работу себе по душе! И денег будет больше, и нервы спокойнее. Рекомендую как покупатель! Я не хотела бы общаться с такими продавцами, как Вы. Всего доброго!
