В магазине очень душно и жарко. Увожаемые, я конечно понимаю, что в вашем магазине и так полно народу и вы не нуждаетесь в заботе о покупателях.. но это не приятно, когда заходишь в тёплой куртке купить по дороге элементарные вещи для быта, которые, между прочим, продаются и в, например, пятёрочке через 20 метров, а у вас в магазине орут дети от духоты, мешая выбирать не только их бабушкам и дедушкам, но и всем остальным посетителям данного магазина. При всем при этом сама хватаешь впервые попавшиеся влажные салфетки и бежишь от туда сломя голову, извините, вся мокрая, когда можно в комфорте повыбирать, посмотреть и унести от вас целый пакет с покупками. Я уже молчу про самих работников, которые работают в таких условиях. Простите меня, но От некоторых кстати по этой причине очень неприятно пахнет. Может по этой же причине они такие не отзывчивые и злые. Купите пожалуйста несколько кондиционеров и повесьте их уже в помещение, и я уверяю вас через месяц они окупятся! Ну или хотябы открывайте окна для проветривания, это бесплатно.

Обслуживание на "высшем" уровне Хотела купить очиститель для мебели стоимостью 99р, была только наличка купюрой 1000р , на карте 0 Диалог с кассиром: -помельче будет? -нет -картой, qr код? -нет На этом моменте убирает продукт с кассы к себе и говорит мне :"Ну тогда, Сорри" Я конечно все понимаю , но можно было хотя бы повежливее быть и узнать у кассира рядом стоящей кассы , есть ли у нее размен
