Мы остались не очень довольны обслуживанием в этом магазине. Когда наш двухлетний ребенок выбирал игрушку, продавец начал нас ругать и говорить о том, как он не посчитал это уважением к его труду. Мы, конечно, понимаем, что поддержание порядка на полках - это его работа, а мы просто покупатели. Потом он начал громко обсуждать нас с другим сотрудником. В общем, обслуживание было не очень приятным.

Ассортимент магазина хороший, всегда есть выбор. Но вот персонал.. Во-первых, грубое общение с покупателями, а во-вторых полное отсутствие логики. Ситуация: передо мной на кассе 4 девушки. Первая без маски. Её отказываются обслуживать и тогда девушка просит продать ей маску. На что продавец предлагает набор за 100 (или 200) рублей. Девушка говорит, что ей нужна всего одна маска, кассир вновь про набор. Девушка уходит. Далее вторая покупательница, так же без маски, но нос и рот полностью закрыты плотным синтетическим шарфом. Кассир также отказывается её обслуживать, тогда из сумки девушка достаёт синтетическую маску, надевает, а кассир соглашается её обслужить. Т.е. произошла банальная замена большой синтетической тряпочки на маленькую на резинках. И всё это в грубой форме и задерживает очередь. А дальше моё любимое - две девушки с медицинскими масками, которые лишь слегка закрывают рот, при этом нос полностью открыт. Реакция кассира - никакой. Маска же есть, и абсолютно всё равно как именно она надета. Прошу учесть, что для меньшего распространение короновирусной инфекции необходимы средства индивидуальной защиты (почитайте что это такое), которые полностью закрывают дыхательные пути, а не медицинские маски, натянутые на лоб или подбородок.

Плюсы: хороший ассортимент, нет очередей, сам магазин недалеко от остановки. Минус: душно, вентиляции нет.
