Никаких претензий к товарам нет, но есть к персоналу. Такого хамства в магазинах не видела никогда... Как всегда пришли в магазин, что-то купить, была с рюкзаком, с которым ну просто не расстаюсь, потому что много личных вещей. Не успела я сделать два шага, как мне с интонацией аля Люська из лорька, которая недовольна своей жизнью, продавец говорит "рюкзак снимите - это не дамская сумочка"...первый был вопрос - а есть между ними разница? А второй - какой черта? По статье 421 ГК РФ говорится, что сторона, что продаёт, НЕ МОЖЕТ/НЕ В ПРАВЕ принуждать меня к хранению моих личных вещей в камере хранения и не важно, пакет это, сумка или чемодан с пятилетнего ребёнка. Где гарантия, что у меня оттуда не сопрут, что-нибудь? Вы отвечаете за наши веще по закону и при их утрате, вы обязаны возместить ущерб, вне зависимости вы украли или кто-то, камеры хранения ваши!!!(п.3 ст.891, ст.901-902 ГК РФ)!!!!!! Вам это надо? Далее идет фраза "я не продам вам товар, если не уберете сумку".....серьёзно...я намного моложе продавца, но знаю, что это делать они тоже права не имеют по статье 426 ГК РФ. Так же прошу отметить взгляд, с которым некоторые работники смотрят на подростков - их глаза так и говорят "бе*я*ая мо*да, меня от тебя то*нит"...сразу пропадает желание что-либо покупать. Все эти принуждения, как я понимаю, осуществляются из-за того, что у них воруют подростки. В чем проблема установить противокражную систему? Неужели у них нет средств для таких мер, лучше же нарушать законы, да? Надеюсь светлую женщину (вроде как она главная) уволят или влепят хороший штраф. Надеюсь мы друг друга услышали.
