Давно знаю и пользуюсь магазинами этой сети. Данный филиал ко мне ближе всех, но его я обхожу стороной. 1. Проблемы с возвратом и обменом товара: Продавцы отказываются возвращать деньги за бракованный товар, несмотря на его гарантию. Администратор и менеджер так же утверждают, что возврат НЕКАЧЕСТВЕННОГО товара НЕвозможен после 14 дней с момента покупки. 2. Невоспитанность сотрудников: Работник торгового зала Глеб без каких либо проблем обсуждает во что одеты посетители магазина, и обязательно осмотрит Вас с ног до головы пренебрежительным взглядом. 3. Некомпетентность охраны: Охранники настоятельно просят оставлять все вещи в камере хранения, которые никем не охраняются. На отказ оставлять вещи могут попытаться заставить покинуть магазин.
