постоянно хожу в этот магазин, никогда не было проблем.Купила машинку 6.03 на пульте управления детям на праздник, машинка не работала(позвонила 7.03 в единую службу, чтобы дали телефон магазина,чтоб предупредить продавца. но мне сказали такоую информацию не дают),принесла 11.03 в 12.00 чек и машинку. заведующая вышла проверить машинку, машинка засветилась и проехала меньше метра, после чего не реагировала на пульт. она тут же вытащила батарейки и сказала что машинка работает, она же светится(слова заведующей).В итоге вообще ушла, я ждала минут 10, попросила позвать еще раз и со словами что надо она ко мне вышла. Грубая и не компетентная.

Здравствуйте.не советую покупать в этом магазине,12.09.2019 года купила салатник как оказалось большой он,на след день отнесла обратно , с чеком поменять на 2 маленьких салатника,мне отказала администратор в возврате и обмене ,я не косметику приобрела заметьте, а обычную посуду она у них продается без коробки,можно же пойти навстречу покупателю и сделать возврат или обмен.Звонила в сеть фикс прайс,они мне подтвердили, что обмену и возврату такая вещь подлежит.Примите надлежащие меры
