Поговорите с уборщицей ибо до закрытия ещё минут 40 а она уже не пускает клиентов рассказывая байки что якобы уже магазин закрыт и ставит загрождение из цепи свое хотя зайдя в магазин там ещё было уйму клиентов

Хамское и грубое поведение администратора магазина! В книге жалоб не однократно есть записи ,обратите внимание.Такой сотрудник не должен занимать данную должность!! Примите меры.

В магазине чисто, да. И товар аккуратно разложен. Но, во-первых, душно так, что дышать нечем. Во-вторых, очереди на кассе. Взяла скраб для тела и ещё один товар, пошла на кассу. На одной кассе у покупателя не бился штрих-код, долго стояли разбирались, и все это так неспеша, как будто людей-то больше нет в магазине. Ну ок, пошла на другую кассу, а там кассир мне "это ваш кофе?" и давай разглядывать стаканчик. Тут подошла сотрудница магазина, чтобы снять товар предыдущих покупателей, которые, к слову, давно ушли (да да, пока кассир дозвалась свою коллегу, прошло время). Говорит кассиру "да это скраб такой", а кассир стояла его все это время разглядывала. Сотрудники даже не знают ассортимент магазина. Короче, не хватает хоть какого-нибудь кондиционера и более расторопного персонала

Из-за чего захотелось выделить данный магазин из всей сети в которых я была, так это за аккуратную выкладку товара, все лежит ровно и в основном на своих местах, в зале чисто, последовательность выкладки тоже удобная (не бегаешь из разных концов магазина по разным отделам). Приятно по магазину ходить. 👍👍👍 Правда была свидетелем скандала между кассиром и покупателем из-за банки сгущёнки пробитой не по той цене, что на ценнике, полностью понимаю гнев покупателя, сама часто не глядя могу взять, хотя последнее время стараюсь быть внимательнее и всё же бывает. Но так как покупатель и кассир разговаривали на повышенных тонах, лояльностью к друг другу и не пахло. Кассирам быть чуть более вежливыми и терпеливыми, а покупателям более лояльными.✊✊
