Управляющие и руководители, что с кадрами? Мама зашла в магазин за покупкой, при расчёте на кассе и предъявлении дисконтной карты вашего магазина, очередной раз не начислили баллы. Она задала вопрос кассиру, на что та ответила, что не знает. Тут выскочил грузчик, видимо, не разобравшись в ситуации, грубо сказав ей (далее дословно) :"Ты, что здесь стоишь, воняешь?" Мама растерялась, так как не ожидала подобного. И сказала, что не разговаривает с ним, а с кассиром. 2 вопроса к руководству: Зачем карты дисконтные, если баллы не начисляются по факту (чеки сохранили, начисления то есть, то нет - особенно в последнее время). Откуда у вас такие работники. Почему так разговаривают с покупателями? Хамов набрали в магазины, неужели нет нормальных людей, которые хотят работать и умеют общаться с покупателями. Разочарование в вашем магазине, очень печально, что такие кадры "работают". Никому не советую этот магазин!!!!

Космический 17 Б. Продавцы постоянно разные, никто вести себя не умеет. Постоянно вопли и ругань на кассе, хамки ещё те. Товар поскидывали в кучу и требуют немедленную отплату. А я только пакет раскрыла и судорожно пытаюсь в него купленные контейнеры запихать. Продавец кричит - идите на отдельный стол и там собирайте в пакет. Я сказала - нет, я здесь его в пакет положу, а потом оплачивать буду. После оплаты я вообще ей не интересна. 18 марта, 2022 год.

В магазине отсутствует санитайзер для посетителей. Кассир (азиатской внешности девушка) ответила довольно грубо: "Какие ко мне вопросы, нету и нету!" Наверное, всё же должен быть, а?

Отличный магазинчик! Всегда найдёшь для себя и для дома полезную вещицу, цены держутся стабильные, большой выбор посуды, кухонной утвари, конфетки, печеньки, да все, что твоя душа пожелает!!!
