Администратор и кассиры не умеют разговаривать с людьми ! Ведут себя по хамски и оскорбляют Ув. Руководство сети магазинов Fix Price научите пожалуйста ваших сотрудников компетенции и коммуникабельности !

Хороший магазин, много разных вещей можно купить по цене намного ниже, чем ту же вещь в других магазинах. Захожу сюда частенько, правда, качество не всегда хорошее у товаров.

12.09.2020 посетили фикс прайс на ул.Вятская 47/107,Кассир Романенко Анна,номер чека-233.Сегодня на кассе произошла не приятная ситуация!Забыли маски в машине и ни на входе,не в самом магазине,нам не сказали,что без масок нет обслуживания.Зато когда с полной корзинкой мы подошли на кассу,Романенко Анна сказала:"Бесплатных и одноразовых масок нет,а без масок обслуживать не буду.Вот маски за 99р.,возьмите их."Мы то взяли,НО она тем самым заставила нас нарушить ст. 459 ГК РФ т.к.оплата произошла только после того как мы надели маски и пробили остальной товар. Далее,как давно кассиры в фикс прайсе сами пишут законы???Нет не одного закона или свода правил,которые могли бы отказать в обслуживании из-за отсуствия маски.То что на дверях висит записочка о масках,это ничего не значит.Я не знаю,кто ее повесил,т.к.на этой самой записке нет не одной печати,подписи или статьи.Полное беззаконье!!!Жду обратной связи по адресу ([ссылка]) Если еще раз повторится подобное,или если я не дождусь обратной связи,будет подаваться иск.
