Только что была в этом магазине, накупила три больших пакета к первому сентября и взвязи с крайней необходимостью мне нужно было зайти в туалет, даже не по его прямому назначению, все объяснила продавцу, она сходила к менеджеру…. в итоге нельзя. Я не думаю, что каждый второй покупатель обращается к ним с такой просьбой. Но ситуации бывают разные и клиентоориентированность это первое и самое главное для любой сферы торговли. Поэтому я в этот магазин больше ни ногой, несмотря на отзывчивость продавцов.

Совсем ополоумели с этими масками, кассирши очень грубые и хамки, несмотря на их юный возраст, ни элементарного воспитания, ни вежливости, видимо и руководитель у них такой же, раз это все дозволено. Правильно выше сказано было, что все направлено на ругань и скандалы, если ты без маски, ну или приобрести у них упаковку за 99 руб. Стороной буду обходить этот магазин, только из-за отвратительного обслуживающего персонала за кассами!

Большой магазин, огромная площадь, чтобы не толкаться попами, как в других фикса, но очень душно! Причем круглогодично, когда не зайди. Зимой в теплой одежде хоть не заходи, летом просто дышать нечем, воздуха нет. А по удобству, ассортименту, расположению и кассам — один из лучших в городе.
