Очень маленький ассортимент товаров. Ценники на товарах не соответствуют ценам в чеках.

Некомпетентность в персонале! Хамство от кассиров! На вопрос: "Как пользоваться приобретённым товаром?", в ответ от кассира: "это не ко мне, я кассир!" Пригласить администратора или директора магазина, они сразу на инкассации оказались! На вопрос "Ваша фамилия?", в ответ: "Не скажу!" Сдачи в 50 коп никогда нет! Персонал меняется каждый месяц. Интересно почему? Жалобная книга вся расписана жалобами. Кассы маленькие, на купленный пакет-летит сверху мой товар, а если я оплатила- может и чужой товар прилететь. Отвратительный магазин как и весь персонал! Мер по обучению персонала нет, как и по качеству товара.

Магазин вроде ничего, но персонал оставляет желать лучшего. 15.05.2020 около 19.00 охранник (молодой человек) рявкнул на посетителей: "дистанцию держим!" после чего также громко добавил "да всем пох*й здесь!". Такое отношение персонала не в первый раз! Постоянно матерятся, вечно недовольные, отвратительные.

Ассортимент магазина неплохой, не учитывая тот факт, что каких-то товаров не бывает вовсе (не своевременно пополняется). Кассы работают, видимо, по очереди. Даже в час пик работает всего одна касса. Охранники любят стоять в проходе так, что их не обойдешь не объедешь.
