Несоответствие цен на кассе с ценниками. Постоянные очереди, медленная работа персонала. Очереди создаются из-за: неких бонусных карт, если ее нет то начинаются уговоры стоящего у кассы покупателя приобрести такую карту, это первое. Второе-просьба оплатить по QR-коду, покупатели, еле освоившие сенсорные телефоны, пытаются в приложении банка найти сканер кода, позади образуется очередь. Зачем так делать-непонятно.

Хороший отдел, как и везде. Но то, что продавец ходит следом и всё аккуратно сворачивает - приводит мысли к тому, что больше брать в руки ничего не нужно, чтобы не добавлять работы персоналу. Всё понимаю, но если вещи в корзинах, а не на вешалах - то их хочется выбрать получше или хотя бы попытаться найти, от этого получается неаккуратность. А в остальном - хороший выбор, есть необходимые товары по низким ценам.
