Единицу ставлю продавщице, которая сегодня вела себя по-хамски! Я стояла где-то минуту возле кассы, она стала пробивать товар и заявила, что расчёт только наличными. Когда я сказала, что у меня наличными только 100 рублей, то начала на весь магазин возмущаться, что она говорила, что "как попугай тут стоит целый день, а никто не слышит" – это ее слова. Потом выяснилось, что сдачи со 100 рублей тоже нет. Все это время она бухтела и жаловалась, что никто её не слышит. Мне нравится ваш магазин, но вашей продавщице неизвестно такое слово, как клиентоориентированность! А для уведомления клиентов можно повесить объявление, чтобы не ставить людей в неловкое положение возле кассы!
