Вчера посетили этот магазин. От посещения остались только неприятные впечатления. Работают там одни хамы и грубияны. Мама спросила где находится товар, который её интересует, девушка в ответ "чокала", закатывала глаза. Ещё больше возмутил грузчик или кто он там, молодой человек невысокого роста растаскивал коробки по магазину и просто таранил покупателей! Нет хотя бы сказать "осторожно" или "можно пройти" Молча толкал людей!!! Вы хоть минимальный сервис то соблюдайте, никто не заставляет вас там работать. Теперь будем обходить стороной этот филиал.

Неоднократно уже была в этом филиале. Отвратительное обслуживание. На кассе забыли слова «Здравствуйте», «До свидания», «Пакет нужен?» Вечно недовольные кассиры, сегодня очередь дошла до меня я САМА поздоровалась и ПОПРОСИЛА пакет, в ответ ТИШИНА, на меня так посмотрели, будто я квартиру попросила переписать на себя. Продавцы с кассиром стоят обсуждают покупателей на весь магазин, очередь стоит ждет. И это уже не первый раз. Я понимаю, что человеческий фактор, все устают и бывают без настроения, но это происходит постоянно!

Если такое постоянно, тоже не здоровайтесь😉 Всегда поражает тот факт, что, когда начинаешь относиться к людям также как они к тебе, им это не нравится☝️ Пример, на работе, я здоровалась с коллегой, а она первой никогда не здоровалась, я также перестала с ней здороваться и, вуаля, она вспомнила слово «здравствуйте»🙂
