Живу в Петергофе. Искал искусственный снег в баллонах в интернете, нашел его на сайте Фикс прайса с пометкой МНОГО в магазине на Колонтай 41. Позвонил на общий телефон 8 800.... с вопросом о подтверждении наличия и количества единиц на остатке. По телефону как попугай отвечала, не сильно эрудированная, молодая девушка заученными шаблонными фразами. Она повторила мне 3 раза чтоб я смотрел информацию у них на сайте, выяснять наличие отказалась, на что я ответил что испишу весь интернет плохими отзывами, если информация с сайта не подтвердится. В итоге я приехал на другой конец города, желая купить 10 баллонов искусственного снега, НО его не было, причем уже давно ! На мой взгляд, отвратительный магазин, буду обходить его стороной и всем знакомым советовать тоже самое....

Фикс Прайс на Коллонтай, это лучший магазин сети в городе, зал большой, товара намного больше чем в других магазинах, товара её просто много, а очень много, чисто, светло. Персонал настолько приветливый и вежливый, что уходить не хочется.. Спасибо всему персоналу магазина, и особенно Заведующему Илье, фамилию не помню, он решит любую вашу проблему по товару, если нет, то предложит супер замену.. Спасибо за работу! Так держать!
