Ценников где-то нет, а где-то "фальшивые", т.е на кассе вам пробьют товар по несоответствующей цене. Смотрите чеки Обязательно! Не раз и не два сталкивался с хамством. Но может быть это такая защитная реакция на дерзость клиентов...

Хамское обслуживание. Научите продавцов уважать клиентов. При мне одна оскорбила девчонок просто так. Другая мне ТЫКАЕТ на кассе. Отвратительно. Сегодня в 14:45 две ваши кассирши, посмотрите кто это был и уж извольте хоть научить общаться. Как из деревни

Здравствуйте,Друзья. Постоянно хожу в один и тот же Fix Price, по адресу ул. Ульянова 53. Практически каждый раз мне приходится сталкиваться с тем, что ценники на прилавке не соответствуют реальной цене. Сегодня 12.12.21 я в очередной раз купив товар(Зефир Вдохновение), столкнулся с тем, что на кассе мне посчитали цену выше, чем на ценнике . Когда я попытался донести до кассира, что имею полное право купить товар по цене, которая указана на ценнике, она мне отказала и стала грубить. Тогда я попросил вызвать администратора и дело стало ещё хуже. Администратор не только не помогла, но и нахамила. Я предупредил, что оставлю запись в жалобной книге( что и сделал) и пожалуюсь руководству. Это не возымело на неё никакого действия. Она лишь посмеялась. Я попросил у нее расписку в том, что она не отреагировала на мою просьбу урегулировать конфликт,но она мне отказала. А ценник,который я в последствии попытался сфотографировать был сорван. Подобный подлог с ценниками и хамство работников уже стало привычным в этом магазине.

Была, не довольна, на карту не защитали Бали, ссылаясь на то что мне надо якобы зарегистрировать карту, хотя 2 недели назад с картой было все в порядке.
