Претензий к автомастерской нету, много вопросов к операторам которые принимают звонки. Молодой человек даже не спросил какая у меня машина, сразу сказал, "да всё сделают", я ему сразу сказал, что у меня машина старая (Лада 2115) и там старый вход для компьютерной диагностики, меня уверили, что всё хорошо, у них есть. Когда я приехал в СТО они сказали, что у них нет такого разъёма, я час прождал пока привезли нужный. 2 звезды за мастеров, что всё объяснили и рассказали, к ним претензий нет.

Достоинства: Качество ремонта Недостатки: Клиентская зона Комментарий: Был в этом сервисе, достаточно недавно. Срочный ремонт нужен был. На ямках машина стала вести себя странновато. Поломку определили. Мне тут амортизаторы меняли. Как по телефону всё объяснили так и сделали. Работают быстро, запчасти ставят только качественные. Но тем неменее я пока ждал хоть бы кофе от фирмы предложили, всё таки денег не слабо так выложил за ремонт.

Достоинства: Классно все сделали, заменяли сайлентблок в крайний раз, буду навещать ещё, машина старовата. Ребята делают все, причём грамотно, со мной общались на равных, объясняли ситуацию, цену и как легче и дешевле исправить ситуацию. Недостатки: Буду вашим уверенным постоянным клиентом, если акций и спец. предложений будете делать побольше. Комментарий: Бодрый автосервис, ремонт авто сделали без головной боли и сильно по карману не бьют.
