Самый убогий магазин, обслуживание нулевое. Это нормально, когда в торговом зале и за кассой никого нет? Из принципа больше не хожу в этот магазин. А сотрудник парень просто хам, научите свой персонал, как вести себя с покупателями проведите тренинги, что покупатель всегда прав.

Захожу в этот магазин редко, хоть и живу недалеко. Тесновато, темновато, порядка за последнее время не прибавилось. Решила написать о последнем визите после того как потратила уйму времени впустую. Даже фото сделала (извините за расфокус, там реально темно). Ценники - а-у-у-у-у! Либо их нет вообще (стельки, нитки, большинство пластиковых емкостей и пр.), либо от они от других товаров (не то название , не тот объем). Спросила цену у продавца - она ошиблась, на кассе выяснилось, что цена другая, пришлось уходить с кассы, слушая вслед громкое ворчание кассира. Выясняла цену несколько раз, подбегая к кассе с товаром, дожидаясь очереди. Видимо, ближайшие несколько месяцев придется отдыхать морально, восстанавливать силы перед очередным походом сюда - мало ли что срочно понадобится, всё-таки выбор разных нужных мелочей здесь неплохой.

Самый отвратительный магазин из их сети. Периодически захожу в эти магазины, везде все нормально. Этот же ужас. 2 раза была именно в этом магазине, и оба раза поподалась одна и также кассирша, молодая блондинка с недовольным видом(имя не прочитала), оба раза испортила настроение своим отношением. Подала ей бонусную карту, карта почему то не читалась. Я спокойно поинтересовалась в чем проблема, на что получила ответ "я откуда знаю", с недовольным видам и повышая голос, начала объяснять мне, что моя карта не зарегистрирована, как это возможно, если в других магазинах я ей пользуюсь, не возникало никогда проблем. Не стала с ней ругаться, молча оплатила покупки и ушла. Осадок остался не приятный от посещения этого магазина.
