Записалась пару месяцев назад в этот тренажерный зал. В целом, все мне здесь очень нравится. Тренеры – профессионалы. После их консультаций уже через неделю я смогла заниматься сама. Помогли грамотно составить программу питания. Из минусов – здесь всегда очень много посетителей, но это и не удивительно с таким то хорошим качеством тренировок и оборудованием.

Давно мечтала о рельефном прессе с кубиками, но тренировки мне никогда не помогали достигнуть такого результата. причем я перепробовала несколько программ, но видимо мне этого не хватало. Но я же настырная, перевернула весь интернет, начиталась кучу статей и так вышла на инфу о костюмах EMS. Правда в fitnice попала далеко не сразу, сменила несколько залов. Здесь же мне нравятся тренеры, очень отзывчивые девчонки, которые помимо тренировок еще много чего интересного могут посоветовать.

Мне 34 года, и костюм я решила попробовать исключительно по рекомендации лечащего врача. Травматолог посоветовал EMS, как хорошее средство для восстановления после травмы позвоночника. Итак, я купила абонемент на 12 занятий (30 тыс. рублей, между прочим) в FITNICE EMS. Дорого, конечно. Но: Я была шокирована инновацией. На дисплее отображается все: движения и результаты. Инструктор поворачивает кнопку, и нагрузка возрастает. Результат: Боли в спине стали поменьше, хотя еще все занятия не отходила. Желанная легкость появилась. Так что рекомендую. Но народ, если травмы какие-то, обязательно пообщайтесь с врачом сначала. Желаю всем здоровья!
