Начала ходить в этот фитнес-клуб совсем недавно, но положительные изменения фигуры уже заметны. Занимаюсь в тренажёрном зале под присмотром инструктора Дмитрия Юрьевича, который разработал для меня индивидуальную программу. В основном я бегаю на беговой дорожке и кручу педали на велотренажёрах. Зал просторный, тренажёров хватает на всех. Основной плюс - круглосуточная работа, можно заниматься хоть поздно ночью.

В этом фитнес клубе занимаюсь уже второй месяц, особенно люблю делать упражнения для пресса, тренера здесь очень хорошие, с удовольствием помогают когда нужно. Хожу сюда два раза в неделю, к сожалению на большее не хватает времени. До этого ходила в другой фитнес клуб, но когда переехали на другое место жительства начала ходить в этот и не капли не жалею).

Неплохое место, надо сказать. Атмосфера домашняя, тренажеры хорошие, работает 24 часа. Зашла на днчх, искала, где купить абонемент, а там на входе поставили турникет и цепочкой сделали ограждение... Безумие! Кому в голову пришло?! Я повернулась и ушла. Купила годовой абонемент в другом клубе.

Татьяна, спасибо за обратную связь! Турникет поставлен в целях безопасности, чтобы никто посторонний не смог проникнуть в клуб без разрешения администратора (т.к. вход по брелкам, где вся информация о клиенте и его абонементе).
