Товарищи, решила вернуть абонемент клубу, в связи с переездом. Отходила из 5-ти месяцев 1. При обращении о намерениях прекращения пользования услугами клуба мне расписали все так, что я ещё денег должна остаюсь если расторгну договор. Договор до сего дня я не видела и подписанной мной он не был. Ситуация неприятная. Клиентоориентированность на очень низком уровне.

Хожу с лета 2024. Очень нравится персональный тренер - Ольга Бачмага, грамотный тренер, заниматься с ней одно удовольствие. Но вот работа администраторов просто выносит. По whatsapp отвечают спустя 3 часа, встречают с такими кислыми лицами, ни спасибо - пожалуйста, оплачиваешь вроде тренировки, а отношение, словно , ты им должен))) нигде такого не встречала, портят впечатление очень сильно.

Нормальный фитнес клуб. Все самое необходимое есть. Только после 20-ти наплыв народа.

Всем добра!занимаюсь в клубе почти с открытия, очень доволен. Про персонал отмечу:тренер Роман,тренер Жан — очень позитивные и открытые люди которые смогут подсказать и помочь!!!!Есть не хватка инвентаря но только по той причине что людям нравится зал и клиентов становится стремительно много. А это очень хороший показатель. Хотелось бы что бы добавили для общего пользования ремни для приседа и доделали место кроссфит. Спасибо за внимание, и прогресса во всем))

Всем привет,друзья!Занимаюсь в данном фитнес клубе с самого открытия. Очень хороший тренажерный зал,оборудованный большим колличеством тренажеров и пространством для тренировок.Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал которые подскажут и помогут по интересующим меня вопросам. И великолепная сауна в которой можно посидеть и снять мышечную усталость и боль после тренировки +попить вкусного и тонизирующего чая в активном фитнес баре. Цена абонемента -очень адекватная(есть с чем сравнивать)!
