Мой любимый фитнес клуб! Здесь можно пройти сбалансированную тренировку, начиная с кардио, через силовые упражнения, заканчивая на лимфодренаже и зоне релакса))) Все на очень классных тренажорах. После такой тренировки у меня всегда отличное самочувствие))) Кроме этого, у них замечательные спа-процедуры. Мои любимые -это ик-сауна, кедровая бочка и душ шарко. Администрация всегда приветливая да цены демократичные. Советую всем! :)

Если у Вас сидячая работа, если у Вас нет собаки, которая заставит Вас вывести ее на прогулку три раза в день, идите в Студию «Я в тонусе». Здесь на различных тренажерах, которые разрабатывают определенные группы мышц, Вы получите столь необходимую нашему телу нагрузку. Более того, Вы почувствуете себя гибче, у Вас выпрямится спина, появится энергия, которой не было раньше… Я еще не все возможности испробовала, но, занимаясь три раза в неделю, вошла в ритм, который помогает мне жить активно. В Студии работает отличный коллектив во главе со Светланой, которая постоянно заботится о клиентах. Доброжелательная обстановка и идеальная чистота очень сильно влияют на мотивацию всех, кто приходит на тренировку. Всегда можно рассчитывать на помощь тренера, который объяснит Вам как пользоваться тем или иным тренажером. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить Ольгу, чья улыбка встречает всех, кто приходит в эту замечательную студию. – показать
