Всё ужасно! Достоинства: Нету! Недостатки: Почти всё! Прежде чем отдавать деньги в эту контору подумайте много раз. Что вы получите: пофигизм администрации, тренеров, которые не дадут вам нормально заниматься из-за индивидуальных тренировок, отсутствие вентиляции и кондиционеров, частое отсутствие воды. Тренажеры в полуразбитом состоянии. В Подольске достаточно хороших клубов, чтобы не идти в Желтое солнце))) Я с удовольствием покину это заведение. Из-за низкой цены в клубе собирается низкоуровневый контингент.

Минимум заботы о клиентах Достоинства: Хороший набор тренажеров. Вежливые, приветливые администраторы. Недостатки: Очень слабые групповые занятия - нагрузки ноль, низкий профессиональный уровень у тренеров групповых программ. Отсутствие воды - вода есть только в продаже. Хотелось бы поделится впечатлением от фитнес-клуба "Желтое Солнце - Родники". В целом зал с "железками" не плохой - тесноватый, но заниматься можно. Есть все необходимые тренажеры. Есть кардио-зона и зона силовых. Так же в клубе проводятся групповые занятия. Им хочется выделить отдельно. Нагрузки на групповых занятиях практически нет. Тренер групповых программ проводит занятия без подготовки программы. Очень много времени уделяет обдумыванию следующих упражнений. При этом значительно увеличивается время между подходами (до нескольких минут). В среднем из 55 минут тренировки - 20 минут отдых. В зале групповых занятий выложен ламинат, что делает пол довольно скользким. Хотя при минимальной нагрузке этого можно и не заметить))) В кубе отсутствует бесплатная питьевая вода. Питьевая вода есть только в продаже. Администраторы оставили только хорошее впечатление. Приветливые и отзывчивые.
