Хожу в СССР Долгопрудный с открытия клуба. Брала ящик в раздевалке, тренировки, приводила людей, по рекомендации пришли 20-30 человек.Всегда покупаю абонемент на год. В этом году после продления абонемента, случилась проблемы со здоровьем, звонила в консультантам что вот такая ситуация, врачи говорят заниматься пол года точно нельзя...Просила заморозить или продлить карту, на что мне сказали нет такой возможности, заморозила карту на месяц только по своей карте что было. В итоге лечение продлилось 9 месяцев, потом восстановление 2 месяца и можно заниматься, только вот абонемент заканчивается в ноябре 15 числа. Потом другой момент, меня не уведомив что абонемент на шкафчик закончился, своевольно решили вытащить все мои вещи, и когда я пришла в зал, мне сказали что закончился, вещи надо искать, я своими руками искала вещи в груде мусора, в жуткой вони (они называют это место склад ) Задала вопрос, почему вещи вытащили не убрав отдельно в мешки? Все начали кивать головой🤷🏻‍♀ Как обычно бывает все виноваты, но не знаем кто! Так вот, потеряли часть моих вещей обещали вернуть или возместить. Два месяца наза говорила с менеджером, сказала что должны продлить, должны возместить, все решим! Но так вопрос про продление, и возмещение потери не решили, теперь менеджер даже не отвечает на мои сообщения. Другие менеджеры обещают передать информацию, но все только обещания. Спасибо клубу за отличное отношение к постоянным клиентам, которые вкладывают в ваш клуб деньги, и приводят людей!
